BASIC 8 PT BLOCKS

These are the initial 8 blocks that include outward, inward, upward and downward.

8 PT COMBINATION BLOCKS

Being able to pair blocks together on a single arm is critical for developing speed, timing and fluidity with your blocking.

BASICK 8 PT BLOCKS w OFF COUNTERS

Off counters are strikes thrown with the hand that is not blocking.

BASICK 8 PT BLOCKS w ON COUNTERS

On counters are thrown from the same hand that does that block and they start from where the block finished.

BASICK 8 PT BLOCKS w COMBO COUNTERS

Combo counters simply refers to blending both the Off and On Counters.

OPEN 8 PT BLOCKS (ALL VARIATIONS) – DETAILED EDUCATION

Open blocking means to use an open hand variation rather than a closed fist version of the block.

10 PT BLOCKING – DETAILED EDUCATION

The 10 Point Blocking system uses two hand for each block.  This principal creates a decision point in each block thus making it very versatile.

OPEN 8 PT BLOCKING w OFF COUNTERS

Similar to the standard 8 blocks, these Off Counters are also done with an open hand strike.

OPEN 8 PT BLOCKING w ON COUNTERS

These counters are all done with open handed strikes as well.

OPEN 8 PT BLOCKING w COMBO COUNTERS

The combination of the Off and On Counters continues with the open variations.

ELBOW 8 PT BLOCKING w OFF COUNTERS

Never before released, the Elbow 8 Point system works the same model of blocking as the standard 8 point systems, but from a much closer range.  Each of the counter strikes is also an elbow strike variation.

ELBOW 8 PT BLOCKING w ON COUNTERS

Just like the other On Counters, these are all elbow counter strikes.

ELBOW 8 PT BLOCKING w COMBO COUNTERS

The order of Off then On allows for a simultaneous Off Counter while executing the block.
